He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Jones and Eileen Jones (Weeks); and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Charla Jones of Troy; his children, Katie (Ron Tautphaues) of Dardenne Prairie and Matt (Melissa Jones) of Elsberry; his grandchildren, Morgan Jones, Avery Tautphaeus, Cooper Jones and Brenley Tautphaeus; and his brothers, Shelby (Gina Jones) of Jefferson City, Missouri and Jerry (Sherry Jones) of Burlington, Iowa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church of Troy (1302 Boone St, Troy, MO 63379).
