He is survived by: his children, James Eugene (Cathy Higgins) of Independence, Janet (Kerry Graham) of Eugene, MO, Lance Higgins of Springfield and Andy (Ashley Higgins) of Moscow Mills, MO. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends.
