He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Goins and Bertha Goins (Collins); and his siblings, Dilwyn Goins, Deloss Goins, Olin Goins, Willard Goins, Wilma Schaper and Gilma Darbe.
He is survived by: his children, Donald (Rhonda Goins) of Meridian, Idaho and Darla (Chris Mennemeyer) of Troy; his wife Diane Goins of Troy; his sister Wilda Graf (Florence); his grandchildren, Megan Goins, Sara Goins, Tim (Amy Lavy), Josh (Chrissie Lavy) and Marla (Caleb Jones); and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Mason, Samantha, Marissa and Sadie.
