She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Marie Duckett Sr. (Lattrace); her husband Ken; and her siblings, Tootsie, Shirley, Evelyn and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Stephani Birkhead), Bonnie (Glenn Hess) and Rick (Debbie Birkhead); her siblings, Roy (Bonnie Duckett Jr.) and Louise Blechle; her grandchildren, Eric, Jessica, Jason and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Laura, Lily, Josh, Beka, Maddy, Brooke, Faith, Jamison, Byers, Caleb and Carter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
