He is survived by: his wife Rená Schneider of Troy, MO; his children, Madison of Troy, MO., Emily of Troy, MO. and Dale Jr. of Troy, MO.; his father-in-law Howard "Ron" Calvert of Winfield, MO; and his brother-in-law Wayne Calvert (Melodie) of Troy, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
