He is survived by: his wife Karen Cunningham of Troy; his sons, Blake Cunningham of Troy and Brandon Cunningham (Lauren) of Troy; his granddaughters, Norah and Carrah Cunningham of Troy; and his sisters, Marcia Luck of Hazelwood, Nancy Shaw of Hawk Point, MO, Linda LeBold (Jim) of Wentzville, Patty Dudley (Dave) of Wentzville, Debbie Wallace (Gary) of Troy, Jeannie Hackney (Matt Wolfe) of Troy and Kim Dunard (Jim) of Troy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
