He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Kramer and Luisa Kramer (Riesenberg). He is survived by: his wife Amelia Kramer; his son Carlos Kramer (Teresa Vaughn); his grandson Charles Kramer; and his sister Doris Kramer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
