He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray V. Menees and LaVerne I. Menees; and his brother Gary Nelsen. He is survived by: his mother Donna Louise Menees Garrett (Alfred) of Elsberry; his daughter Jazilyn Micah Garrett; his father Brian Garrett, Sr. (Donna) of Illinois; his stepfather John Zugmaier, IV (Angie) of Troy, MO.; and his siblings, Jessica Rickard (Cory) of Troy and John Zugmaier. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
