She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Rusher Sr.; and her sister Vicky Rusher. She is survived by: her mother Leota Rusher Sr. (Sutton); her husband Michael Floyd of Troy; her children, Gary Wilkins and Jennifer Pine; her grandchildren, Carley, Devon, Dakota and Cali; and her siblings, Kenneth Rusher, Steve Rusher, Jeff Rusher and Tina Carley.
Health Dept. requests that only 1 person at a time in chapel for viewing because of the COVID 19 virus.
