He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry and Olive Millicent Kasishke, Sr. (Packard); and his wife Janet Ruth Pavlick. He is survived by: his sons, Albert H. Kasishke III (Bonnie) of Troy, MO, Paul R. Kasishke (Paula) of Broken Arrow, OK and David W. Kasishke (Paula) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Paul Robert Kasishke (Jamie), Albert H. Kasishke IV, Courtney Bockhorst (Aaron), William Kasishke (Jessica) and Emma Linehan (Shawn); his great grandchildren, Ava Bockhorst, Cole Bockhorst and Paul Robert "Trip" Kasishke II; and his brother-in-law Bill Pavlick (Nancy) of Yorkville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
