He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela Bridges; his sons, Christopher and Daniel Cottitta; and his cousins, Stacey McFadden and Frank Renkoski.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Honor Flight Network of Kansas City (Heartland Honor Flight), Disabled American Veterans or Wounded Warriors, all of which may be conveniently sent in care of Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th Street, Hiawatha, KS 66434) which is assisting the family with arrangements.
