She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Andrew and Clara Maxine Starbuck (Zook); her siblings, Donna Anderson, Phyllis Littleton and Dennis Starbuck; and her son Shawn Rogers.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Rogers; her children, Bill Rogers, Debbie Oatman and Cindy Overcast (Dean); and her grandchildren, BJ Rogers (Chrissy), Andy Rogers (Jessica), James Oatman (Christa), Kimberly Oatman, Christopher Miller (Amanda), Tyler Miller (Sarabeth), Shelby Anderson (Brandon) and Monte Overcast (Lindsey). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren on the way; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
