He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Jane Milner (Childers) of Newtown, Missouri and Billy Wayne Milner (Donna) of Tucson, Arizona; his wife Shelly Garrison; his daughters, Tiffany Norman (Travis Heldenbrand) of Cameron and Molly Norman of Trenton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Chase and Emery-Lou; his pet Diesel Norman; his father-in-law John Garrison of Humphreys, Missouri; his sister Tammy (Bill Ralls) of Galt, Missouri; his stepsister Carla Hunt (Brad) of Tucson, Arizona; his sister-in-law Kelly Hines (James) of Trenton, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Keri Ralls, Angela Woodley (Jack Jr.), Justin Ralls, Logan Garrison and Eric Hines. He is also survived by numerous aunts' uncles and cousins.
