He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Helen Clark and Donnie Moore; and his uncle Bill Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Moore (Tracy) of Liberty, MO and Rhonda Clark of Trenton; his grandmother Joy Nichols; his aunt Cheryl Moore (Danny); his cousins, Kristi Burkeybile (Bobby), Keri Gott (Derrick) and Kylie Moore; and his stepsiblings, Kyle Stanley, Nick Stanley (Kelsey) and Jessica Banderman (Gus).

Memorials to Green Hills Animal Shelter and they may be left with the mortuary.
