He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McNutt and Crystal McNutt (Hayworth); his siblings, Larry McNutt, Kenneth McNutt and Rebecca; and his mother-in-law Joan McIntyre.

He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughter Alicia Stogdill of Grand River, IA; his siblings, Betty Miller of Creston, IA and Marvin McNutt of Bedford, IA; his stepson Justin Berry (Adriana) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Matthew Berry, James Steven "Jimmy" Berry and Hayes Stogdill; his stepgrandsons, Gregory Wright and Tony Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Patterson and Bob McIntyre (Julia).

Memorial donations are suggested to the Green Hills Animal Shelter of Trenton and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
