She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Edward and Allie Ella Foland (Oyler); her brothers, Duane, Dale and Terry Foland; her daughters, Kelly Gay and Lisa Tunnell; and her grandson Lucas Wiggings.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Wiggins; her sons, Bradley Wiggins of San Diego, CA, Douglas Wiggins of Mocksville, NC and Michael Wiggins of Edinburg, MO; her grandchildren, Matt, Lindsey, Halley, Abby, Bekah, Brayden and Kendall; and her sister Mary Holt (Ed). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the First Christian Church and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
