He is survived by: his father Ronald Swank; his partner ReNea Brown; his sons, Justin Swank (Stephanie) of Trenton, Missouri and Brandon Swank of Trenton, Missouri; his stepmother Helen Swank; his grandchildren, Lillian Swank of Trenton, Missouri and Logan Wilson of Trenton, Missouri; and his sister Rhonda Chaverri (James).
