He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmiee Townsley and Evelyn Townsley; and his daughter Tiara Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Charity Ramsey (Hatcher); his children, Kaylee Ramsey (Trenton), Frankie Halstead (Shelby), Trenton, Russell Ardnt and Joshua Ramsey; and his siblings, Cindy Watts, Elaine Burt, Clara Register and Billy Townsley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
