She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Guy Goff and Gladys Goldie Goff (Adams); her husband Floyd David Tuggle of Ridgeway, MO; and her sister Glatha. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Elaine and Joyce Cutsinger of Trenton; her grandchildren, Corie Cutsinger (Marcie) and Kristi Cutsinger; her great grandchildren, Dakota of Trenton and Madi Cutsinger of Trenton; and her brother Bob Goff (Donna) of Lake Tahoe, NV.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Phyllis requested donations be made to the Health Science Division at North Central Missouri College or the Miriam Cemetery in Bethany, MO.
