It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Exline (Trenton, Missouri), born in Unionville, Missouri, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mullinex and Helen Mullinex (Henry); her spouse Richard Lee Exline; her brother James Mullinex; and her son Richard Lee Exline II.

She is survived by: her daughter Valley Exline (David Butler) of Minneapolis, MN; her sisters, Melissa Smitka (Rick Shaw) of Grain Valley, MO, Donna Price of Centerville, IA and Peggy Ford; and her grandchildren, Patty Seward of Trenton, Deonna Moment of Fort Worth, TX and John Seward of Kansas City, KS..

Memorial donations are suggested to the Cancer Research Institute and may be left with or mailed to Whitaker Eads funeral Home in Trenton.
