He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlena Worrell; his stepchildren, Nathan King (Amanda King) of Gallatin and Jeromey King (Amanda Hull) of Ottumwa; his children, Michael Worrell Jr. of El Cajon, Christopher Worrell of El Cajon and Charlene Worrell of El Cajon; his father Charles Worrell of El Cajon; his sisters, Donna Cioffi of El Cajon, California, Darlene Montijo of Santee, California and Diane Tkachuk of Tehachapi, California.; his mother June Worrell; and his pet Maya. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
