She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edward Ellsworth and Jessie Leois Walls Ellsworth; and her siblings, Lela Hall and Walter Ellsworth. She is survived by: her husband Keith Rutledge; her sister Ruth Ellsworth; her daughters, Kathy Winkelman (Kevin) of Martinsburg, MO and Kristie Baker (Eric) of Lee's Summit, MO; and her grandchildren, Emily, Elizabeth and Elijah Baker of Lee's Summit.
In lieu of flowers, a monetary donation may be left in Mary's name to the Greenhills Animal Shelter in Trenton, MO.
