She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Earl and Lela Fay Robertson Kennedy; her husband Jay Edward Ratliff; her children, Steve Ratliff, Ruby Reich and Joyce Fletchall; and her grandchildren, Scott Railsback and Lisa Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Railsback (Bob), Ralph Ratliff (Kathryn) and Rubert Ratliff (Kay). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
