He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Ollie Mae Moffitt (Thogmartin). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Jason Moffitt (Brooke) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Ava Moffitt and Max Moffitt; his stepson Clay Williams (Colleen) of Trenton; and his stepgrandchildren, Tyler of Trenton, Haley Kidd of Trenton and Bailey Williams of Trenton.
