He is survived by: his wife Carole Miller; his children, Kathryn Witten (Richard) of Trenton, MO and Mark Payne (Peggy); his grandchildren, Jenna Gibson (Luke), Michael Witten and Nicholas Payne; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Cale Gibson.
