She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard, Sr. Callen and Helen Rae Callen (Black); her husband Robert Dale Cooksey; and her brother Richard Callen, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Burgess (David), Cory Cooksey (Carla) and Cassy Gilworth (Derek) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Megan DeVorss (Joseph) of Trenton, Calvin Cooksey of Trenton, Carly Wanstreet of Trenton and Kennedy Wanstreet of Trenton; her sister Carol Hart (Puddy); and her sister-in-law Mary Callen of Princeton, MO..
