He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Fletcher and Mary Fletcher; his brother Troy Fletcher; his nephew Ronnie Fletcher; and his grandsons, Jon-Jon Fletcher and Montana Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Anita LaRae Fletcher (Petrovic); his children, David Fletcher (Angie) of Independence, Maria Fletcher-Akers (Chris Kemp) of Cameron, Julie Williams (Brian) of Macks Creek, Honorary and Tina Fletcher of Independence; and his granddaughter Katherine Tabbert (Jacob) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
