He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Stout; his children, April McDonald of Cameron, Lacey Caudill (Adam) of Wheeling, Jeremy Hayden of Humphries and Jeffery Reid (Ashley) of Enid; his grandchildren, Destiny, Dakota, Kacey, Adam, Annette, Katlynn, Bretley, Nathan, Natalie and Addison; his siblings, Richard McDonald (Carol) of Humphreys, David McDonald (Kathy) of Milan, Mary Randall (Scott) of Milan and Wendy Hines (John) of Humphreys; and his pets, McGoo and Sally. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
