She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Spinner and Anna R. Spinner (Pugh); her husband Joe Loren Michael; her son Steven Michael; her brothers, Leo, Ralph, Paul and Donald Lowrey; and her granddaughter Danielle Ditto.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Michael of Kansas City, KS, Cheryl Ditto of Lenexa, KS, Patricia Michael of Trenton, MO and Tracy Shrader (Doug) of Lenexa, KS; her sister Mary Mulvaney of Kansas City, MO; her sister-in-law Phyllis Lowrey of Texas; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Riley (Chris), Heather Ditto, Colleen Mills (Mike), Thomas Charbonneau, Joshua Shrader (Elsa), Jonathan Shrader (Sarah), Abigail Franklin (Sam) and Shannon Plueger (Travis). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter, and nieces and nephews.
