He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Moser and Reba Litman Moser; and his wife Jeannie Wyly Moser. He is survived by: his daughter Erica Wyly Moser (Michael Ryan); and his grandchildren, Bonnie Paige and Jack Owen Ryan.
