He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leland Sr. and Martha Jane Ellis (Avery); and his siblings, William Leland Ellis Jr., Mary Carolyn Lewellen, Margaret Belle Ellis, Phyllis Joan Ellis, Phoebe Joyce Ellis and Clelda Rose Luzenberg.

Memorial donations are suggested to South Evans Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
