He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey and Ada Ruth Fitzpatrick Constant; his daughter Sherry Constant Carey; his siblings, Jack, John, Bud, Joe Constant, Clara Phillips and Leila Stucker; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Frizzell, Felix Buckner and Dale Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Constant; his children, Bruce Constant (Ann) of Trenton and Lori Adkins (Doug) of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Sherry Carey of St. Louis, Darcy Oetting (Kevin) of Platte City, Rachel Sides (Ty) of Hallsville, Sarah Harris (Chris) of Kansas City, Lauren Cogdell (Josh) of Fayetteville, Connor Tapscott of Richmond, Katie Adkins (Derek Mundt) of Nashville, TN and Kevin Adkins (Haylee) of Belton, MO.; his sisters, Helen Buckner of Wheeling and Lillian Frizzell of Corydon, IA; his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Constant of Chillicothe, MO, Norma Constant of Chillicothe, MO, Jean Constant of Chillicothe, MO and Bill Stucker of Chillicothe, MO.; and also Andrew Tapscott (Michelle) of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
