He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Franklin and Mary Bernice Stretch Troxel. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Johnson (Dale), Matt Troxel (Kim), Cody Troxel, Larry Troxel and Norman Troxel; and his granddaughter Jessica Rutherford. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
