He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Kelley and Patricia A. Sheeley Kelley; and his wife Judy Ann Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Scott Kelley, Stacy Bowers (Mike) of Trenton, Aaron Kelley and Jennifer Kelley (Sarah Sparks) of Gallatin; his stepchildren, Joshua Dunbar of Trenton, Kim Stevens of Trenton and Joesph Dunbar of Trenton; his brother Dennis Kelley (Rhonda); and his nephews, Kenneth Kelley (Michelle) and Skyar Kelley (Jennifer). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
