He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Revis Finley and Pauline Naomi Potter Finley; his brothers, Robert Lee Finley and Larry D. Finley; and his niece Kellie Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Hopper of Chillicothe, Larry Finley of Trenton and Lynn Tucker (Tim) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Sarah Keith, Adam Hopper, Zebulon Hopper (Cassie), Roselyn Perkins (Richard), Kaitlyn Muller (Fred), Chase Bowden, Hunter Tucker and Peyton Tucker; his nephew Robert Jon Finley (Becky); and his great-nephews, Drue Finley, Joshua Finley and Best Friend Robert Sims. He is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
