With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Newkirk (Trenton, Missouri), born in Spickard, Missouri, who passed away on April 2, 2019 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto F. McCloud and Clara Hortence McCloud (Fears); her spouse Edward L. Newkirk; her siblings, Vina Lee Spickard and Glen Dale McCloud; and her children, Gerald Lee and Sandra Kay.
She is survived by: her daughter Marice Norris of Blue Summit, MO; her brothers, Randall McCloud of Trenton, Clarence McCloud of Beeville, TX, Mike McCloud of Trinity, TX and Robert McCloud of Independence, MO; and her grandchildren, William E. "Bill" Norris of Overland Park, KS, Rebecca "Becky" Kaster (Buz) of Kansas City, KS, Thomas, Brandon, Isabella, DeAnn, Christal and Angie.
Memorial donations may be made to the Green Hills Animal Shelter and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
