He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Otto and Rena Gilliland. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette H. Schmitz; his children, Elania Parman (John) of Missouri, Cheyenne Goodwin (Charles) of Missouri, Matthew McKahan (Julie) of Oklahoma and David McKahan of California; and his grandchildren, Ashlee Parman, Aimee Parman, Natalie McKahan and Henry McKahan.
