He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin H. Price and Ethel M. Price (Hart); and his brother Ronald Price. He is survived by: his wife Meri Catherine Spears; his children, Micheal Price (Laura) of Milan, MO and Dena Long (David) of Trenton, MO; his brother Donald Price (Nancy) of Kirksville, MO.; and his grandchildren, Tonya Sanchez (Jorge), Robbie Davis, David "Kyle" Davis (Stacey), Sarah Sinclair (Shawn), Derek Price, Dillon Price, Jordan Long, Katie Long and Sierra Long. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tenth Street Baptist Church (1200 E 10th St, Trenton, MO 64683). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
