She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Allnutt and Ethel Cooper Allnutt; her husband Richard Duane Simmons; her daughter Cheryl Knight; and her siblings, Mary McDonald, Dean Allnutt, Junior Allnutt, Clarence Allnutt (Bud) and Richard Allnutt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Hammett (Butch) and Sharon Simmons; and her grandchildren, Josh Spencer, Shanelle Spencer, Ronnie Thomas and K. D. Eaglen. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
