He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Baker; his daughter Debbie Carter; his grandchildren, Dustin Callahan and Darrian Hughs (Rustin); his great grandchildren, Denver, Nova, Hudson, Rowen and Liam; and his siblings, JoAnn Stark, Sarah Holliday, Betty Loughead, Linda Cater, Wanda Lightner, Richard Carter (Lana) and Gary Carter (Jo).
