She is survived by: her husband Samuel Smith (Jack); her daughters, Linda Dale (Wally), Connie Reed (Macky) and Debbie Carman; her children-in-law, Tom Michael and Dian Smith; and her sisters, Norma Purdy and Donna Conner. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren, and 1 great great great grandchild.
