He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrel H. Dinwiddie and Florence M. Dinwiddie (Tegtmeier); and his wife Jo Ann. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Camille Miller (David) of Tipton; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kruse (Mike), D. W. Norton (Cassie), Justin Miller (Holli), Chris Miller and Tim Miller; and his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Kruse and Zavannah.
Due to Covid and the social distancing restrictions Bill will have a private graveside service at the Masonic Cemetery in Tipton at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Feeding America and may be left in the care of the funeral home.
