He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Henry and Tina Marie Eichelberger (Witherspoon); his sister Ivonne Marie "Ivy" Eichelberger; his grandfather Larry Witherspoon; and his aunts and uncles, Kenny Witherspoon, Chris Bryan, Brian Witherspoon (Carrie), Tony Eichelberger (Pam), Wayne Eichelberger (Linda), Rose Putnam (Alan), Genny Eichelberger and Marcia Combs (Barry).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriners Hospital for Children or the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
