She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Wolfe and Katie Wolfe (Cook); her husband Hal Maynard; her daughter Diana Conn (Richard); and her siblings, Ruth, Minnie, Betty and Joe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Cook of Fulschear and Karan West (Keith) of Jefferson City; and her grandchildren, Carrie, Chris, Dawn, Darla and Dean.
