He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Knipp and Rosa Knipp (Hartman); his wife Carmelita Knipp (Wolf); his son Ronald; and his granddaughter Nora Schad.
He is survived by: his children, Delores Knipp (David Berens) of Monument, CO, Rosella Schad (Kent) of Holts Summit, MO, Sylvia (Steve), Juanita Thompson (Paul) of Wildwood, MO, Thelma Scherping (Dennis) of Chesterfield, MO, Vincent Knipp (Diana) of Ballwin, MO and Sharon Prenger (John) of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
The family suggests donations to the St Andrews School Foundation, the Tipton Nutrition Center or Central Missouri Ronald McDonald House.
