We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2020, at the age of 86, Elaine Fisher of Tipton, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Michelle Capps; and her siblings, Eulabelle Rooks and Marion "Ike" Shanahan. She is survived by: her husband Willie Lee Fisher; her children, Edward Tervol Jr. (Shannon) of Harrisonville, Danny Tervol (Francesca) of Springfield and Marian Hall of Newton, KS; her grandchildren, Jessica, Josh, Matt, Heidi, Brianna and Rebecca; and her brother Elwood Shanahan of Greenwood. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
