Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Kay Rowles (Robert A.); her granddaughter Sheila Kay Moon (Billy Joe); her great grandchild Mitchell Joe Moon of Tipton; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Foster and Katy Foster.
