Dennis E. Purvis Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis E. Purvis (Tipton, Missouri), born in Boonville, Missouri, who passed away on June 9, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John E. and Gertie A. Purvis; his grandson Alexander Dennis; his sisters, Peggy Sue Beckett and Teresa Stone; his brother-in-law Randy Gibson; his wife Loretta W. Purvis; his son Rex Allen Purvis (Mona) of Boonville; his siblings, Kenny Purvis (Ruth) of California, John Purvis (Joyce) of Ashland, Jimmy Purvis (Debbie) of Columbia, Herbie Purvis (Treneice) of Utah and Joyce Gibson of Prairie Home; his grandson Alexander D. Purvis; and also, Preceding Dennis, Mike Tuttle, Jeannie Tuttle, Jonathan Tuttle (Taylor), Ruby Tuttle, Jeromy Tuttle (Shanyn), Evelyn Tuttle, Henry Tuttle, Elizabeth Tuttle and Jenna Tuttle. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In Memory of Dennis, donations are suggested to Educational Scholarship funds for his grandson Alexander D. Purvis and/or his godchild, Jenna Tuttle in care of Loretta W. Purvis.
