He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Gerber (Bayne). He is survived by: his father Floyd Gerber; his wife Ruby Elaine Hill; his children, Carey Gerber (Angie) of Boonville, Rita Ketterlin (Joe) of Tipton and Todd Gerber (Amy) of Jefferson City; his sister Marjorie Knipp of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Carrie Thurnes (Scott), Brianne Ketterlin (James), Rachel Drane (Alec), Jestine Gerber, Haley Hallford (Alden), Brianna Allen (Seth), Logan Schulte (Emily) and Mackenzie Woodson (Sam); his great grandchildren, Jalen, Kylen, Jamey, Ethan, Joleigh, Julian, Romyn and Isla; his great great grandchildren, Ayden, Jayla, Calvin and Oaklyn; his brother Bennie Joe Gerber; and his brother-in-law Donald Knipp.
