He is survived by: his granddaughters, Olivia and Madalyn; his wife Rhonda of Ava, MO; his parents, Cindy Cantwell Heath and Bill Heath (Cindy); his grandmother Evelyn Cantwell; his stepchildren, Grace Degase, Brandon Stanifer, Jack Forrest and Dade Forrest; his stepgrandchildren, Olivia Stanifer and Madalyn Stanifer; his sister Jennifer Selim (Mehmet); and his nephew Emre Selim (Terri Graham). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
